However, I put strict detail details in what it was that I needed it, Sashawna, except it the job and I was very clear with back-and-forth communications on what I was picking up what I needed and where I needed it delivered two weeks in advance. She waited until the night before my task was needed to tell me that it would cost more money because I entered the wrong type of request, though I had explicitly explained what I needed. She therefore said it would cost more money, I sent a message if she could do the job or should I cancel the task because I’m not clear on what to be expected. She did not respond until 9 pm, when I canceled the task the next morning I got billed for one hour of service which she did not render because I canceled within 24 hours. However, I explained to Taskrabbit and disputed. I was refunded. basically felt that she did not act in good faith. Therefore, I never received her services because she was not upfront.Delivery Service
