End result is very nice with a few minor touch ups at the end (according to my husband who reviewed the work).  However, I am disappointed with her work ethic. I am a stay at home mom and was home this day with my baby. I noticed halfway through the first hour that sanding was still being done (and rightly so because most of the bathroom had to be sanded) however I heard laughter coming upstairs which caught my attention thinking she might be calling to ask a question. Shortly, I realized she was on the phone with someone. At this point, I couldnât help notice the sound of how slow she was sanding. I would hear scrape scrape scrape and then pause. I listened for about twenty minutes but this did not change. There was also conversation taking place. I thought Iâd give her the benefit of the doubt and went upstairs to bring her the paint and offer the air filter. As soon as I made some noise going upstairs there was another pause in her sanding and then suddenly large long fast scraping sounds started coming from the bathroom.  Naturally, this was very disappointing. After I went back downstairs, the long fast scraping continued and a little while later she came out of the bathroom and said she was only halfway through sanding and the job would take 5 hours. We are a family on a budget and I could not help but wonder how much time was wasted by being unprofessional and distracted on the phone. I was going to have her back originally for our second bathroom, however, my husband and I decided we will not have her return. I wish her the best and hope she will be professional with future clients work diligently, be focused on the job, and most of all our her phone away. Concrete and Brick painting
