• Brandon S.Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend Carlos. When I order a move-out cleaning, it's because I don't have time to worry about the details. Unfortunately, I had to worry about many details, which took me an hour to correct after he finished. The details that were missed: 1. I needed to remind him to shampoo the carpets, even though I included it in my short request. He admitted to not reading it, and then told me he needed to go to the store to get more supplies in order to do the shampooing. 2. Things that are normally included were not done or finished. Behind a door there was still dust, walls were dirty in one room, toilet paper holder had dust. Not the end of the world to miss a spot or two, but I'm hiring a professional, and for move out, I expect very little or no spots missed. Then there was adhesives on the showers left from rack holders. About half was removed from one shower, and the second shower it wasn't even attempted. 3. NO communication after the job was finished, just the receipt from taskrabbit. No explanation as to why the adhesive wasn't fully removed, no explanation for the walls still having dirt. Ultimately, these things resulted in me being at the property for another hour to finish the things missed. Removing the adhesive required going to the store and buying a tool. This was an hour I didn't have, and why I hired someone that could do both cleaning and shampooing, and had a STELLAR reputation here. Nice guy, but not as thorough as expected. It's a shame, because the work that he did do was in fact STELLAR and timely. Deep cleaning
