However, the cleaning job was ok, it just wasn't great. I had to ask her to redo some things. I wanted both bathrooms cleaned, and I don't think she even touched the shower. I asked for floors to be done but after she left, there were so many wadded up dust bunnies that I had to pick up by hand. There were about 5 dishes in the sink that she didn't have to wash, but I guess she rinsed them and put them on the drying mat, because most were still grimy and oily. She wears glasses--I wonder if she doesn't see the same things I see, idk. She also changed the schedule which was fine, but then showed up late (past the 30 minute window). We all have things come up, but she didn't even message of her delay, so I was on the phone with customer service to get a refund when she showed up. I'm getting a bit tired of the app Task Rabbit. The person before cancelled. Before that, the person showed up late and asked for money outside of the app. Before that I found a good one, just not for cleaning. I think best to find cleaners not on Task Rabbit. At least that's my experience; I'm 0 for 3. If you're still going to go the Task Rabbit route, if you like fast people with good vibes, Ana is great. If you need on-time and really thorough, probably not your person.House Cleaning
