I am clean and organized.

Painting is meticulous work. I thrive on producing quality work. I don’t have a paint sprayer, but I can work with rollers and brushes all day!

Did I mention I’ve been a handyman and rental repair man for longer than I’ve been alive? There won’t be any holidays with me

I have been an on site property manager for high end homes for several years and have the skills and experience to get just about any job done. I am not a certified plumber and can only legally do superficial plumbing work. But in great ?

I am able to handle basic painting or staining jobs. I am not a professional painter, but I can commit to a good job done and will use protection as necessary to keep the area and surroundings clean. I have 1 summer of pro experience.

I have worked with professional house painters in the past. I keep an extensive amount of painters tools, including ladders, rollers and drop cloths. I pay extra attention to detail and pride myself on straight, clean lines.

Walls to fences to cars I can paint it all.

I have painted houses, inside and out, roller-brush and stylized sponge work. Go with the grain and your paint job is only as good as your tape and prep job. Trust me to make your house shine and keep things clean and professional.

I have painted the inside of my house several times and have stained my deck and fence too. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so you wouldn't need to worry about uneven lines or paint getting anywhere except where you want.

I’ve painted quite a few houses, sheds, and benches. I’m more than happy to do an exceptional job on yours! 

I specialize in interior/room painting, with clean lines between colors, taping when necessary. Willing to advise on paint type and color selection. I cover/protect floors and furniture when necessary. Willing to move furniture of reasonable size. Ceiling height limit: 10 feet Wall height limit: 15 feet

I have helped numerous friend with their home painting projects. I am also a fine artist so I have the detail orientation and the care of  fulfilling the task at hand so you are satisfied. 

I have the tools needed to do up to a full room. I've got a gun that can spray paint/stains and some ladders/scaffold. I take care to clean up so the paint is only where you want it! There is a varying paint supply fee depending on size of task.

I'm a good and fast worker

I have maintained several rental properties. This required a lot of painting! I am very detail oriented. I have had family friends hire me to paint their houses after seeing my work.

I have experience painting outdoors. I also have some experience painting cars, and inside walls, willing to paint anywhere. Painting is 90% preparation. I believe in doing the job right. 

I do it all! Working with my general contractor dad growing up, I have built custom homes from the ground up, giving me extensive experience with everything found in your house. I have tools immediately on hand for any basic job, and access to more.

I have painted interiors in homes. I can also spray paint as well as that is something I do in my full time work.

Painted and grouted the entire 1400 sq ft basement in a weekend. Anything else is considered cake.
