Caprice was absolutely wonderful in every way. She is soft spoken and very polite, professional and respectful. She took off her shoes before she entered my home and I didn’t even ask her to. She asked me to show her around and what I wanted done and she got to work. She is wonderful! I have had a couple very poor experiences with house cleaning services and to be honest, my expectations were not super high, but the reviews I read are correct. The last cleaning company I used back in November sent 3 ladies to my home and (which we paid over 3 times the cost plus an additional $70 for tips) and they did an awful job. They extremely loud and behaved very unprofessionally. They didn’t do half they cleaning they were paid to do and rushed out of their and what work they did do was done poorly and unfinished. I had to complain and after 3 weeks one of the women came back to finish the work that had not been done. She informed me that two of the ladies had a job in the same neighborhood the same week they did my apartment and she asked them to come to my house to finish the work and they refused to come back to do the work. I tried to find another house cleaner and I was put on a wait list and then after waiting for months the owner said she couldn’t send anyone to my house because I live in an area that only has street parking. I only learned of Task Rabbit through IKEA for furniture assembly and I and I decided to try them for house cleaning Caprice is incredibly detail oriented. She doesn’t skip anything. She did such a wonderful job! She picked up things and cleaned under them instead of saying “We don’t move anything” like the previous place said to me and try sure didn’t, not even a small bathroom trash can. Caprice cleaned EVERYTHING. My house smelled wonderful afterwords. It did not reek unbearably of bleach or harsh chemicals. I was telling her how nice the house smelled and that it didn’t reek of bleach and she explained that she used bleach but she tried not to use too much. I love that she was so conscientious about how she much she used. My house is so clean and it feels wonderful. My apartment has the original tile and tub in in and I don’t know if we have hard water or if it is soap scum but it always develops a white film on it and it’s very hard to get off. Caprice got rid of all of it. The tiles and tub, sink was sparkling clean, literally. The whole bathroom is. I wish I could have my home cleaned on a weekly basis but I am definitely hiring her on a monthly basis and for any additional help as needed. Thank you so much Caprice! You are wonderful, very professional and hard working, you are a gem! I absolutely recommend her. No hesitation.
