Diana and Robert are the best! They even picked every cat and dog hair off the couch. The place is spotless.

Jack was good at communicating about what needed to be done and how to do it. He also helped me out with something else that came up (helping remove a patio door panel), which was a huge help. He did a great job cleaning the fridge and microwave. However, several other tasks I'd specified weren't done thoroughly, or at all. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were not cleaned. The oven was not thoroughly cleaned, if at all (debris was still left inside and residue remained on the glass window). The range top under the drip pans was not cleaned (apparently he didn't remove the drip pans), and the area under the range top (accessed by lifting it up) was not cleaned at all (I would attach photos to show this but I don't see a way to do this with TaskRabbit). Some of the baseboards still weren't clean and I had to go over them again with a sponge. I wasn't able to remain on site to supervise, as I had to attend to other matters. I'm not sure why these things didn't get done, when I'd specified them. It only took me about 10 minutes to do myself after I discovered these things hadn't been done, so seems like time wasn't really the issue. It's a mystery. Wish I could chat with him to better understand, rather than having to mention only in my review. I would hire Jack again, but only if I were available to be on site and supervise.

For the price I expected a better more efficient job. Bathroom looks great! Kitchen pretty good too. But the floors, rugs and trim were still dirty. Maybe my expectations are just out of line. For almost $200 and 4 hours though, I was really hoping for an exceptional job. I don’t want to be vacuuming and wiping up cleaning residue after a professional cleaning is done. It was nice meeting Susan, but I’m going to find a different service in the future. Thanks!

Efficient and thorough! Definitely hire again

I hired Caroline to clean my 2,000 square foot home, including 3.5 baths. We had several family members staying at our home while we were away for a month, and we wanted to come home to a clean house. I keep an extremely tidy and clean house, and in the past I have not been very impressed with others who have come in to clean, so I usually just do it myself. I can honestly say that I was blown away by how sparkling clean our home was when we came home! Caroline paid attention to detail, communicated with me in regards to what I wanted to have cleaned, and executed all of it in a timely manner. I am very impressed and pleased with the job she completed, and I will definitely be hiring Caroline for my future cleaning (and perhaps other projects as well).

What a wonderful team.. Robert cleaned windows for us on the outside this last time, and did such an excellent job. There are cottonwood trees and lots of birds in the area, making windows hard to keep clean. It has been quite awhile since we had windows done, and they are so clear! Everything they do, he and Diana do exceptionally well.

JaeLyn does amazing thorough job.

I hired JaeLyn to vacuum the car interior and do a few housecleaning tasks. She was friendly and kind. It took a lot longer than expected, so she only was able to do the car interior and vacuum and dust a bedroom in the hour and 45 minutes she was here. I might have been too ambitious with my task list! I think I could have communicated better re priorities.

Cassandra was wonderful! Respectful, thorough, and paid close attention to detail. I would recommend to anyone seeking these qualities.
