Nothing was left broken or damaged and even better was that problems that I ran into (there were a lot this move), Arthur took initiative, went above and beyond and solved for me. He’s super smart, a creative thinker and fun/easy to work with. I’m not the easiest client (true words) but Arthur made me feel like nothing was ever an issue, and that it was in his genuine ethos to make life easier for me and and to do the job better than expected. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through this move without him (and his staff, Chris who actually brought me fresh raspberries he’d grown and picked that morning!) - especially given all the curveballs that came our way (randomly, there were a lot)! I needed to change plans multiple times, and though I felt bad, he only expressed genuine care and respect. Definitely breaks the mold for a standard mover. His communication, his work ethic, his respect for my belongings and his nature to help, all made this the best moving experience (with hired movers) I’ve ever had. His rates are more than fair to start but given the great experience (nothing broken or lost, went above and beyond), this makes the ROI multiplied. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
