John did a good job cleaning my attic. However he charged me for two hours when he finished the job in fewer than 60 minutes. I would have preferred that he discuss this with me first. I won’t contest the time since I know that he is new to Task Rabbit. I have no complaints about the quality of work itself though—just the billing. I would have left a generous tip had he been honest about the time spent.
