I had a gentleman named Enrique who showed up an hour and a half late. He only speaks spanish but he was very nice and patient with the language barrier. I used google translate to communicate with him which was sufficient. He had all the tools you need from weed wackers to lawnmowers. The property needed a LOT of TLC due to excessive debris from bushes and trees and long grass (averaging about 1ft tall) so this might have been the reason along with him working solo, but it took him 4 hours to cover the front yard and backyard. A yard that is already decently maintained will probably not take that long, but account for that in your budget regardless. I'll be using them to also take care of a couple dead trees so when that happens I'll update this review if that's possible.Gardening
