This made what started as a respectful dialogue feel unnecessarily hostile and final, especially given the otherwise professional tone of the earlier exchanges. Overall, Joseph is clearly knowledgeable in his field, but communication around scope, flexibility, and client rapport could be improved for a more collaborative experience. Window Repair
