I was in a tough spot because the guy who had hung my TV only secured one of the sides to the stud, the other side was anchored to the sheetrock and with all the extra humidity the TV suddenly fell forward and was hanging by a thread. I had had booked Willard for as soon as he was available but once booked and we could chat I sent him a picture of the TV hanging dangerously. He responded immediately that he would be right over. He came over ASAP and saved the day. He is an experienced carpenter and secured the equipment with three heavy duty screws on each side into the stud. My TV has never been this secure and stable.
