When I reached out after the visit to discuss a possible adjustment to the billing—since no actual repair was carried out—Joseph responded firmly that the charge was non-negotiable and, shortly after, told me not to contact him again or request his services on any platform. This made what started as a respectful dialogue feel unnecessarily hostile and final, especially given the otherwise professional tone of the earlier exchanges.
