I expressed more than once that I had a tight budget I needed to stick to so I couldn’t bill over 3.5 hours on that particular day. I said “Just see what you can do in that time frame and if more needs to be done I will rebook for a different day.” She agreed only to later disregard that completely. She sent me a summary after the job was done, informing me she had kept going past the time, and would have to bill me for 4.5 hours. Initially, I let that go and I wasn’t going to mention it in my review, but that was 3 days ago and I still don’t have the mail + item I asked Erin to bring me from my old place. It’s been so long the job has closed, been paid in full, and the chat is disabled (since the task is no longer active) so I can’t send messages in-app anymore. She took no initiative to return my items. I had to ask more than once. The first time I asked about her availability in a message it was ignored, and she picked a different part of it to respond to. The second time she only said the time I suggested “was a hard time slot for her.” I then said I could be flexible and to let me know. Nothing. Plus, she billed me in advance for the meet up where I was supposed to get these items, so I paid for the time it took but I don’t have them. I cut my losses and just said forget it.
