I work full time as an industrial maintenance tech. I have a lot of experience in the handy crafts, both professionally and personally. I can do most small jobs around the house.

I have moved my self and friends personally many times. I'm physically fit and ready to work.

Strong man here and ready to help! I enjoy doing a great job and have all needed moving supplies, such as hand truck, dolly, blankets, plastic wrap and straps for securing items.  Own pick-up truck & 6'x10' trailer if items need moving.

I’m a military veteran, does that make me an expert at moving? Perhaps. I have moved myself 8 times and have helped many more people move as well. I come equipped with lifting straps for carrying those awkward objects and dollies for everything else.

Heavylifting has been most of my morning workout for the past 8yrs. I am a former athlete and am no stranger to proper lifting techniques.

I run crazy long races (200 mile Ragnars!), recently took up boxing, and can play a mean game of Tetris. I may be short, but I’ve been moving furniture since I was 3 and discovered that moving my wardrobe allowed me to get into our attic unassisted.

Everyone can agree that moving stinks! Its a lot of work, but I am more than happy to help! I have helped dozens of friends move over the years and have no problem lifting heavy boxes or furniture and bringing them to or from a truck or upstairs.

I used to work for Ray Mayflower in Greensboro for several years and know the science and art behind moving furniture.

I get paid to work out for my normal job and am very athletic, strong, and coordinated. I also have a great attention to detail to help the job go quickly and safely.

I'm a former college athlete who can lift anything I can imagine you'd need help with. I've worked in construction and am extremely careful and organized.

I have a 12ft enclosed trailer for moving any of your valuable possessions and a 20ft dump trailer for hauling away any of your junk or debris

Heavy lifting, loading and unloading, I'm good with all of it. As a former crossfitter, I have no problems lifting 100lbs, from ground to overhead, and am able to handle bigger loads, should proper equipment and help be present.

When the job gets heavy call me. Ability to move, crouch, lift above head, lift from the ground, walk with heavy items using proper lifting techniques. I always make sure that the customer’s safety & my safety are top priority. 300lbs without strain.

I have long arms and am athletically inclined. Helping people move is great exercise!
