He was tough to connect with early on. We had agreed on a start date, but he rescheduled due to a personal conflict, where I wasn't able to be home. He said that he would take photos and check in with me while working on the project, however, he told me he forgot to bring his phone. So, I had no visibility. I'd say in general he did a good job, but not a great job. He didn't clean up to leave the backyard looking fresh and just attended to--there was dirt, mulch and debris around every plant he cut. He also completely took out 2 plants, which we did not agree to. He also didn't offer easy and proactive communication. I asked if he wanted feedback immediately after our service, cut he did not respond. Our backyard did get a manicure; it just wasn't the level of care that I had expected.Lawn Mowing
