What can I donate?
You can provide anything you think might be helpful, including medical supplies (e.g. thermometers, N95 masks or surgical masks), meals, and household items (e.g. sanitizer, wipes).
Can I book a Tasker for a “contactless” donation pick-up?
Yes! Just make sure to communicate in advance with your Tasker to let them know what’s required to make the pick-up — from what to pick up and where, to how to enter your house or garage, and lock up at the end.
What precautions will Taskers take with my donation during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic?
The health and safety of Taskers and Clients is our utmost concern. Taskers are following the latest guidelines by the CDC, including washing their hands and maintaining a safe distance from others/crowds. Rest assured your donations will be made safely.
Can I tip my Tasker?
Sure can. You are able to tip your Tasker within the app. No fumbling for cash, but your gratitude is still communicated. As always, a sincere thank you and positive review are always appreciated.
