When can I book my service?
You can book your service for as early as tomorrow and up to 14 days in advance. If your item is being delivered, Taskrabbit recommends booking the assembly for 24 hours after the delivery time.
What is included in my service?
Taskers will follow instructions and will secure items to the wall when specified in the instructions. Taskers will come prepared with the tools needed to get the job done.
Who are Taskers?
Taskers are identity and background-checked, independent contractors, who use the Taskrabbit platform as a means to provide services in over 10 categories including furniture assembly, mounting, installation and delivery.
Can I book by phone?
No. All bookings must be made online at https://www.taskrabbit.com/partner/arcade1up.
How does payment work?
Payment will be handled securely online, through Taskrabbit. You must enter your payment information to book a task, however, you will not be charged until after the task has been completed. Upon booking, you may see a temporary hold on your payment method for the amount of your task total.
