This task was to paint two walls and three windowsills, and he was here for five hours, only completing one coat. Now, I’ve been charged almost $400 for an incomplete room. He did do some patchwork on one of the walls, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of efficiency. I’m not interested in paying another $400 for another coat on two walls. Painting
