I have all the necessary tools, including a hammer drill for masonry and impact driver and bits for all materials. I have a stud finder and a 4' level to make sure it's done quickly and correctly the first time. I have hung multiple blinds and shades and blackout window treatments. Have hung everything from 4"x6" pictures to 6'x4' mirrors. 1.5 hour minimum
