Extra charge like new part or cleaning and hygiene the work area sometime a special material or a new snakes in some cases, bucket for cleaning specially in toilet and another charge for the garbage all these fees it’s separate 2 hours minimum required

I am not a licensed plumber.I will only take on jobs I would do in my own home.  I have renovated several homes on my own and can fix most minor problems with a trip to Home Depot or local hardware store. Running toilets, leaking sinks, clogged toilets, etc. I do not install toilets or garbage disposals. If I have to work on any faucets. I will not touch multi turn valves, only quarter turn valves unless you have access to the water shut off valves before them! Multi turn valves have oval shaped handles. If you are unsure book me and we can talk about it prior to you incurring any expense!
