We went through a bunch of paperwork and put things into piles which will go into filing folders once I buy them (or get shredded). Then they helped me clear off a desk and put things where they belonged, and finally helped me get my printer up and running - which was a real challenge but they were incredible problem solvers - fixed a paper jam, then figured out how to connect the printer to WiFi and Bluetooth which I would have never been able to do on my own. I was able to print a thing I needed before they left! They were fast and efficient, friendly, and took the garbage and recycling out to my apartment complex's disposal area on their way out.
