• Michael M.Dorzhi was very kind and professional. I hired him to fix a small leak and also correct an improper installation of my reverse osmosis water system. He fixed the leak and even found another one which was great. However In the process of doing so when reinstalling the faucet he positioned the handle in a very awkward position behind the faucet itself instead of to either side, which is now not adjustable. This isn’t a huge deal, but certainly something that should be obvious to do for his level of expertise. As far as the filter goes, he assured me that it was actually installed correctly and that I needed to change the filter out, even though I had explained I just replaced all six Filters all brand new. The water is not coming out clean and it just runs forever without any change in flow so I know that it is not pulling from the water reservoir tank at all. If I’m being honest the language barrier got in the way of solving this issue and now I’m going to have to hire somebody else to come back and diagnose what’s going on. He’s probably good for 95% of jobs but for something this specific maybe not so much. Plumbing
