I had a extraordinary experience working with Josh. I only had a general idea of what I wanted to get my friend after the passing of her father. Josh and his wife picked out the perfect plants, wrapped them beautifully and delivered it with care, I got pictures of how they'd travel. All this within 18 hours of my request when I'd expected it to take a few days because I was so vague. He's an outstanding communicator, we talked by phone about the specifics of the task, then txted (my preference) when he found what I needed, (pictures again), a txt when he headed to deliver and a final update when it was delivered. This was my first time using taskrabbit, he took the time to explain the process better than the website did and then completely blew away my expectations.
