- Anees K.Hired this company to upgrade my thermostats. There was a language barrier and because of that it was hard to communicate. During the job I guess he had gotten annoyed from the questions I was asking. I told him in the beginning I only wanted him to do one thermostat and I’ll do the other two bc I was waiting for them to get delivered. That is why I was asking questions so I can set up the other two by myself. He literally told me to stop he needs quiete and focus. He later then realized how rude he was and apologized with a translator. But after that his whole vibe was off and that he was annoyed and did not want to help me. I did not ask any more questions because I did not want to make him angry and didn’t feel comfortable. Come to find out the thermostat that he installed has two heaters and only one of them work. So I have to fix that myself or call another tasker if I cannot. If there was a language barrier I would have never hired with this company because I needed to ask questions and for him to explain.
