However, the job I had him do only about a sixth of it was completed and it took about two times the amount of time I expected it would. 2 hours were spent taping off and covering the entire floor when all he was doing, was painting the trim. The taping and floor coverings were all left at the property, and I had to peel it off after the paint had dried, which is not when you’re supposed to remove the tape and it left a ton of tape, stuck and wedged between the trim and the floor that took additional time for me. I think he would have done better in a more supervised position.Painting
