- Lesa S.He is nice. The work was a lot slower than I expected. At the two hour mark we had one camera left to mount and it was higher than his ladder would reach. I said let’s stop at the two hour mark and I will deal with this last one later since your ladder isn’t high enough. He said let me see if I can make it work and put his ladder up there anyway. After 15 minutes and him not able to get it where it needed it to be, I said again let’s stop I will deal with this one later. He charged me the extra 15 minutes that was his suggestion in the first place bc I asked him to stop at 2 hours. I’m not happy with that as I felt like he should have stopped at the two hour mark.
