From May 1st to Oct. 15th no yardwork past 10:30am due to the severe heat, this is nonnegotiable. Farm girl experience since birth. Grew up weeding huge family gardens. Rock, Desert, and grass yards welcome. I understand irrigation system control panels (don't install them), have an electric leaf blower with mulcher, have my own hand trimmers. No trees over 7 feet tall as I do not work on ladders. Lawnmower would need to be provided. I don't haul away. I don't do animal feces.
