Frequently asked questions about Hedge Trimming in Las Vegas
Hedge trimming prices start at $30 per hour in Las Vegas.
The best month to trim shrubs depends on the shrub type. Blooming shrubs are best trimmed in the winter. Non-flowering shrubs can be trimmed anytime except late autumn. Overgrown hedges should be trimmed six weeks prior to the first frost.
The most important aspect to keep in mind with bush trimming is to avoid over-pruning so as to not stress the plant. A rule of thumb is to never remove more than one-third of the bush's growth.
Avoid trimming hedges during extreme heat or drought as this can stress the plant. Additionally, avoid cutting hedges in late fall, as this can stimulate new growth that can be damaged by winter cold.

Expert hedge, bush, and shrub trimming services in Las Vegas
What is shrub trimming?
Shrub trimming is an essential piece of maintaining a well-groomed yard. When trimming shrubs, Taskers will lay down a tarp for easy cleanup, and will utilize a stake and string as a guide for trimming height. They'll make sure there's at least a six inch gap between the shrub and your home to prevent any scratching, while trimming the top of the shrub narrower than the base for balanced growth.
Why is trimming necessary?
Trimming bushes, shrubs, and hedges maintains the health of the plant and the appearance of your yard. Keeping up with this task encourages flowering and fruiting while reducing hazards from overgrown branches.
