• Bri W.Sergei was very polite and respectful and spent many hours installing wallpaper to the upper part of the wall in my small bathroom, resulting in an $800 bill. Half of it looks great, but there are serious issues where the pattern is completely mismatched on the other half of the room. When I reached out, he said it was impossible to match the pattern on the unlevel walls of my historic home. While I understand the challenges of wallpapering in an old home, I feel that the results are unacceptable—especially after paying almost a thousand dollars for installation alone. I also am confused why this wasn’t communicated before or during the install to manage expectations and give me the opportunity to reassess moving forward with the install. I believe in paying well for quality work, and appreciate the time spent. But unfortunately in this case the quality of the results does not reflect that amount I was charged. He was unwilling to try to correct the work or offer a discount based on the outcome, so I will now need to spend more to have it fixed by another professional.Wallpapering
