They had not installed it to the picture I gave them the first time and they came out a 2nd time to move some pieces around. I found out 3 days later that they had not used any drywall anchors on the screws (even though it came with extra I had several left in the bag of equipment). I found it out when a piece fell down while my cat was on it. I hired Oleg to come and repair the piece that fell, but I asked him to check the other items as I’m concerned now about their safety. He took down all the pieces and every single one was missing anchor pieces, which means they all could have fallen at anytime. He had his own anchor pieces that he said are much stronger than the ones that came with the furniture. He reinstalled every piece with the anchor pieces for the screws and he even found a piece of the furniture, a ladder that the cats climb up, that was not put together properly which is why it was not entirely steady when the cats walked on it. He fixed that too. He also patched up the holes in the wall that the other provider left when they moved pieces around. When you put weight on the pieces that he installed, you can feel the difference that now they are not moving and not at risk of falling out of the wall. He did an awesome job and he got it all done in an hour. I thought maybe patching the holes would make us go over an hour when I hadn’t originally planned for that, but nope, he reinstalled every piece and patched the holes in an hour. He did an awesome job and I would absolutely hire him again. I wish I hired him the first time.Install Air Conditioner
