Normally, I would expect asking for this not so late. As I am not an expert, I cannot answer the question if I need a wax ring. After some time of work, he said, he couldn't complete this with his tools. He marked this in taskrabbit as completed task and told me, he cannot complete this as he has not the right tools and he is not a plumber. Strange, since he is listed as plumber within task rabbit. Before, the toilet was usable, after he left, it was not. It is the central toilet in the home. Overall, the performance shown is a 2 star rating. As a courtesy, I'll rate it with 3 starts to not crash his family income. But in general, this can certainly be done much better.Cabinet Installation
