The 4 stars is because Bryan did not communicate with me, the person who hired and is paying him, at all during the process; I had to contact him after my tenant, who was present during the work, relayed to me another issue that Bryan identified (which was not fixed). So, thumbs up for capably swapping out plumbing parts and for being (according to my tenant) a nice guy who treated her dog well. Thumbs down for feeling like I overpaid. Home repairs
