• melyssa b.I had a project where I needed someone to go look at a property that was in the middle of a rehab to get pictures/video and show me where we were at in project because I live remote and the contractor disappeared. He did not do rehab work but he also offered to help me finish the job if needed. He did more then I was expecting. He had a full camera set up! he was able to take quality photo and video of the house and then he provided me with a write up of where the home was at in the rehab process. He was able to load them onto a google drive and share it with me in a short time! I was not expecting this quality of service!! I have had to hire other people to do this type of job last minute on Taskrabbit, at least 10 people, and none of them were able to do this task without some sort of issue. None of them offered to write me a write up- he did this at his own suggestion which was insightful compared to what I've dealt with in the past.. in the past I was lucky to get usable pictures and they definitely didn’t know how to make a google drive share! Needless to say I was shocked and soo very grateful for this pleasant surprise, the insight/will to provide a write up and just his all around thoroughness to complete a task with integrity. He also has a drone and can do Ariels for you! If I need a property scout because you need to buy a house remote, someone to take photos to sell house, a rehab in progress or anything related to this ie photo video AND who also knows construction. Delano is the man!! I will 150% hire him again and just is willingness to do the job well and in completeness with integrity is a rare breed these days. On this alone I would hire him to be my handyman and to complete small rehab projects. He is also great at communication. If I had rentals in the area Delano would be my go to handyman for them. To say I’m satisfied is an understatement. He helped me more then he will ever know and he did it all unsupervised! I just don’t run into workers in the construction field like that all the time.
