*By participating in “Book 3, Get 1 Free” Cleaning Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions. The Promotion is open to all who live in the United States and who received an invitation to participate in the Promotion. Taskrabbit has the right to end or modify any promotion and/or offer at any time. To qualify, participants must book three separate tasks through the Taskrabbit platform within the “Cleaning” category and be opted into Taskrabbit Marketing Emails throughout the duration of the promotional period. Each of the three tasks must be completed within a 90-day time period and fully paid for through the Taskrabbit platform, using the same Taskrabbit account, in order to qualify. Each of the three tasks must take place within the United States. Canceled or refunded tasks, or tasks in which the Participant is deemed, in Taskrabbit’s sole discretion, to have violated Taskrabbit’s Global Terms of Service or policies, will not count towards the three qualifying Tasks. Once the Participant has qualified for the Promotion with three tasks, they will receive an email notification with a unique promotion code that they can use to book a fourth task in the Cleaning category on the Taskrabbit platform. The Redemption Code will provide a discount off the hourly rate for services and applicable Taskrabbit fees of $165 USD on a task booked in the Cleaning category. If the total cost of the hourly rate and Taskrabbit fees for the booking exceeds $165 USD, Participant will be responsible for paying the remaining balance. The Promotion Code will not provide a discount for, and Participants will still be responsible for paying, all applicable taxes and expenses, as well as any optional gratuities they choose to leave. This promotion is subject to the Taskrabbit Global Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from or in any way related to this promotion are subject to its dispute resolution, choice of law, and venue provisions.
