- What this means: With the recent rollout of our new Skills & Tools Policy, we want to clarify what’s expected when it comes to bringing tools to your tasks.
- Why we did it: This policy is designed to help you be prepared for whatever a task may require—not to overload you with every tool you own. For categories where specific tools are needed, you must be in a position to bring them if required. However, if a certain tool isn’t needed for that particular job, there’s no need to bring it along.
- Pro Tip: Asking the right scoping questions before your task helps you understand what’s needed—so you can arrive prepared with the right tools (and leave the rest at home).
