I can also detail motorcycles since I’m a rider myself and own several. Tools include orbital buffers, rug cleaner with furniture tool, vinyl and rubber dye, assorted brushes, towels and pads. Available to fix your faucets, light interior toilet repair, garbage disposal fix or replace, replace shower heads and consult on jobs that may need to be done by a licensed plumber. I am not a licensed plumber. Jobs involving outgoing pipes (toilet exit including leaks at the base, wax ring or replacement, and any other drain issues such as snaking a line) must be done by a licensed plumber as per Washington State law. Hiring a non-licensed tasker for such tasks could void your home insurance.

In addition to multiple power washers, I also have a power scrubber to speed up the cleaning process when brushing is necessary. I’ve cleaned floors, patios, sheds, walls, boats, boat decks, bathrooms, fences, entryways, parking areas, driveways and more.

I’m a meticulous craftsman when it comes to providing you with a solid bead laid down on a well prepped surface using the correct product for the purpose it’s intended for. Sinks, tubs, showers, fixtures, tile and more. Latex, silicone, acrylic? I know what to use when, so you get a durable, reliable seal that won’t leak, crack or fail for a long time. I arrive with the right tools. I don’t perform exterior shell work as per state law.

I’ve done plenty of cameras, doorbells, switches, thermostats and beyond - Nest, Alexa, Autumn locks etc. - let’s do it. I can also setup and tune surround sound systems and a/v equipment.

In Seattle homeowners are required to keep their sidewalks clear of snow. Happy to help make that happen as well as clear walkways and driveways. I have shovels, de-icer and de-icer tools. Hire me in advance to spread de-icer before a storm arrives.

I’ve mounted dozens of TVs. I have all the necessary tools and wall anchors when needed. I also carry spare screws, bolts and nuts in case you lost any during a move.

I’m available to lubricate guides, clean tracks, glaze and hang blinds. BLOCK and TACKLE? I do not do block and tackle repair any longer (failed ropes or wires found in the sides of up and down opener/closers) due to the fact there are hundreds of replacement parts I do not carry. WINDOW REPLACEMENT. Since this often involves the envelope of the house, you must use a licensed window specialist so as not to void your homeowners insurance policy. Do not hire me to replace your windows.

Use my 30 plus years of experience to shape up your yard! I’m a pruning pro and rose pro as well. I have no vehicle for hauling. I own a power mower, weed whacker, hedger, reciprocating saw, metal detector, mulcher and plenty of hand tools. I can mulch your applicable yard clippings on site so you can use them throughout the garden. Need your lawn mowed?: If grass/weeds exceed 6”, if there are rocks/wood debris or otherwise that could damage my mower, if dog feces are present do not hire me.
