Based on the size/weight of the TV and or the equipment needed to mount, it might incur a rate $ adjustment. Also, if multiple TVs are being mounted, each one will be charged by the hour (i.e. 2 TVs = 2hrs charged, 3 TVs = 3hrs charged) although they may or may not not take the full hour to install. I have several years of experience to help safely move and transport your belongings. Equipment provided in cost of moving includes truck (open bed 4’x6’), straps, furniture dolly, and blanket(s). There is a two-hour minimum charge and if items require more than one individual to safely move, then the client will need to help or hire an additional person to assist.

I have several years of experience installing and repairing various types of wall material (drywall, sheetrock, tile, concrete, plaster, wood, etc). I work safely and efficiently, and bring all of my own tools/equipment. Depending on the job, materials purchased specific to the job will be discussed in prior messages of task date. Repairs take time to cure, so if painting is needed, client will need to supply paint and another 2-hr min. will be charged (different equipment and task).

I have and bring all of my own general lawn care equipment (mower, trimmer, rakes, shovels, blower, etc.). I can rent, pickup & dropoff specialized equipment as needed (rental will be added expense).
