I’m a green thumb that’s been gardening and doing yard maintenance my whole life. I worked many years in pond, water garden and landscaping. I have a ladder, manual trimmers and mini electric saw - good for smaller jobs/smaller branches. You will need to provide other tools if needed for bigger jobs.

Let me know your specific needs; if there’s just certain rooms that need cleaning or whole house/apt (please state sqft & # of bathrooms). I bring all my own supplies but I’m happy to use yours if you have special products you’d like me to use. I’m detail oriented and happy to assist with organizing and/or decluttering too. Please do not book reoccurring service - I can set up reoccurring after first appt.

I have many years of experience assembling all kinds of furniture and boxed items. I’ve assembled hundreds of items - If the product has parts and instructions, i can get it done! I’ve got all my own tools, I’m handy and have an aptitude for assembling things and following instructions.

Whole walls/corner to corner only - I don’t do spot painting/touch ups. Most paint jobs require 2 coats of paint, certain color changes (ex: dark to light) require primer first. I supply my own drop clothes, brushes, rollers, paint trays, tape, 12-18 ft reach ladder, and step ladders. I have spackle for small wall holes (i do not repair any wall damage more excessive than nail or small screw holes). Let me know the details of what you want done You just supply the paint and any primer.

Many years of painting experience. I have an adjustable ladder with a 12-18 ft reach, drop clothes, brushes, rollers, paint trays, tape, etc. I do not have a sprayer. Due to ladder height restrictions and liability I only work on single story buildings or at 1st story height, whatever I can safely reach with my ladder. Let me know the details of what you want done. You just supply the paint (primer/stain if needed).
