Looking for gig jobs back in December 2021 helped Ana S. land a job via Taskrabbit. After she pivoted from losing her job as a travel assistant due to the lockdown, Ana found that she was able to supplement her income and eventually turned to tasking full time. While Ana mainly relies on the app to book jobs, she’s started to branch out into social media too, like TikTok and Instagram, to promote her services.
“My true calling is being a professional organizer. I love bringing peace and joy to people’s closets and pantries, and simplifying their life and their space.”

“Taskrabbit provided me with the ability to stay on top of my bills while I am still figuring out what I’d like to do and create in my adult life.”
Ana’s been able to leverage and grow her skills, create her own hourly rates and schedule, as well as meet new people. Since she’s focused on tasking full time, Ana tries to make room for fun now that she can cover the essentials.
“I currently use it to pay essential bills, but have been trying to save a portion for something special when possible.”
What Are Your Top 3 Tasking Experiences?
For Ana, tasking has been a fulfilling adventure where she not only enjoys the flexibility, but also the unique experiences that each client brings.
One task she’ll never forget: “I was hired by an author to scan the handwritten notes of his book. I was surrounded by books and the energy just felt so knowledgeable and important.”
Recently, she was asked to pick up and deliver a bouquet of flowers to a friend.
“I loved having the ability to make choices, along with the client, but they always rely back on my recommendations and feedback.”
And for her third top tasking experience?
“Most of my organizational tasks always leave me super happy and accomplished after every task. I purely enjoy creating a strategy and finding systems in the middle of chaos, especially when I need to become extra creative to use only the material that is currently at hand.”

What Excites You Most in Life Outside of Tasking?
Ana definitely considers herself a morning person with a very strong routine.
“I do yoga, write, and walk with my dog, listen to music, and pray for the day ahead and before.”
Doing anything creative is also right up Ana’s alley, “I love to play the Sims 4 where there’s lots of building homes and rooms, and crossovers with interior design and organizing items. Painting, colouring, and creating something with my hands is a hobby I’ll always give a try.”
