I can make custom baby gates. I secure any item to any wall type (concrete, brick, plaster, drywall). I carry earthquake hooks, putty, velcro for extra security. I’ve installed many baby gates & have made custom brackets to secure them in areas that aren’t ideal for them. Any framed photo/painting that goes in a baby room will be secured with earthquake hooks and velcro for added stability. I’ve installed a variety of cabinet door locks and can give recommendations on different kinds.

I use to work at Google managing Linux computers. I know how to build custom gaming/editing desktops and with watercooling. I'm often called in to fix an emergency tech issues for small companies and home offices. I know Windows, Linux, and Mac OSX. I do a lot of Wifi mesh setups, raid configuration, and timemachine/backup setups. I've done a lot of printer setup, including label printers. I’ve installed many ceiling fans, hanging pendant light fixtures, chandeliers, wall sconces, and neons. I have tall ladders and can reach most high ceilings (~15 feet if in the middle of room, 20 or more if closer to a wall). I also have replaced outlets, especially old GFCI’s that have gone bad, and redone many switches. I’ve converted fluorescent tube fixtures to LED tubes, replaced ballasts, installed hidden countertop LED strips, rewired and repaired lamps, and evenbuilt custom fixtures.

I use to build displays for the flagship Urban Outfitters retail store, upon which all other national stores would emulate. I know how to properly install anti-tip mounts for large furniture into drywall, brick, wood, concrete, block, and tile. 2 hours minimum required!

I have a circular saw, miter saw, disc and belt sanders, planers, and access to many more tools at my shop if required. I’ve planed, sanded, and resealed many swollen doors that get stuck after heavy rain. I also do gate adjustment. I've built custom walnut speaker stands and shelves, replaced wooden threshholds, quieted squeaky floors, and restored valued furniture. 2 hours minimum required!

I have ladders for 15ft+, a full tool kit, and experience with many unusual house fixes. Basic plumbing like sink fixtures, shower heads, and water filter installs. I often fix stuck & kicked in doors, add/replace outlets & dimmers, wire light fixtures, patch holes in walls, replace window cranks, fix the sliding mechanisms in double-hung windows, replace door locks and knobs, repair roofing shingles, fix sliding (screen)doors, install or fix auto door closers, and AC installs! 2 hour minimum

I have replaced many shower heads and sink fixtures over several years. I can also replace an entire tub set (handles, spout, drain, shower head). I can also help with leaky taps and under the sink water filters, replacing p-traps, and cleaning drains clogged with hair. 1.5 hours minimum

I have a lot of experience with basic plumbing and all of the sealing and caulking that goes with it! I’ve done (and redone) toilets the proper way (with a gap in the back), kitchen and bath sinks, and of course bathtubs. I’ve been called in many times to help with leaks around swiveling glass shower doors and can help with that too! I’ve also regrouted kitchen floors and properly sealed them as well.

I’ve mounted hundreds of TV’s and soundbars on static flat mounts, swivel mounts, mantle mounts, and the extra low profile Samsung ones. I’ve put them on plaster walls, drywall, drywall metal studs, concrete, brick - inside/outside, you name it! I can also route cables through a wall if necessary. Mounting averages at about 45 minutes per TV, but it does depend on mount type and wall. Routing usually takes an hour, but there are also a lot of potential variables. 2 hours minimum!

I have patched many walls, often because of electrical or plumbing work. If it's a bathroom, I will get the waxed greenback drywall that's rated for moisture. If a texture is required to match, I have tools for most texture types. I have also done plenty of patches for people who are moving out of their place and need seamless holes repaired and painted from pictures, art, and TVs. I've worked with plaster, drywall, brick, and concrete.

I have ladders for 15ft+ reach, a full tool kit I have mounted a countless variety of curtain rods (single and double rods) onto all wall types (brick, plaster, drywall, wood paneled, and even tile). I’ve also done many roller shades, both motorized and manual. If you are doing curtains, its best you have the curtains on hand that way I can show you exactly where they fall above the ground (some like puddling, but most like floating just above the floor).
