Rebecca was personable,  organized, witty and  detail orientated.   My Event staffing task however. Required more hands on management vs initiative taking than I would have liked.    Perhaps because Rebecca was fifteen minutes late and then prep efforts seemed to move very slowly and without much regard to prioritization or the time being spent against when the party was starting .   Tasks during the party were managed sporadically c Vs actively .  Rebecca shared she also does furniture assembly and web design, which I bet she is terrific at and works well for less time pressured projects .
