Deyinara was nice in person and it was good meeting her. There were two things that created difficulty in working together. The first was that when we booked the task, we confirmed over messenger a start time which she said worked. However the task was never confirmed in TaskRabbit after that exchange. She did end up coming in to the office, but it was closer to 1pm vs. the 9:30am that we discussed the evening before because she had a personal matter and wasn’t checking her phone in the morning at the time the task was due to start. The second reason we didn’t have the best experience was that upon seeing how long the task was taking, we had discussed having Deyanira come support us for the next 2 weeks or so to complete it. Deyanira told us that she would like us to first write a review on TaskRabbit before committing to work further with us, and that working together would depend on the review. Based on that we decided not to work together further, but felt it was a unprofessional to base a continued project on a review ... since we already trained her on the project.

Did an awesome job pulling a bunch of hard to capture data for us, and went above and beyond the request! The information was so well done, and completed quickly, that we hired him to repeat the task with a new set of parameters. Would absolutely use Will again and recommend him!
