I think the company gave me 30 days to return their equipment. Here's how it went: Days 1 -20: Never thought about it because I had plenty of time. Day 21: By the time I decided to get ready to drop off equipment, the place was closed for the day. Day 22: Annoyed to get reminder email and wondering why they can't come get their equipment. Day 23: Avoided issue. Day 24: Should I turn service back on so I don't have to return equipment? Day 25:Can't find anything to wear; don't want to go; it is too hot outside; probably won't be able to find parking; don't want to wait in line; I feel sick so, Day 26: Scheduled Ian to pick up the equipment (he even unplugged it); he delivered it to the proper drop off ; he got a receipt and sent it to me; before 30 days were up, I received an email confirming equipment return complete! What a relief that Ian made such a dreaded task into one that I used exactly the amount of energy I wanted to use: ZERO! Thanks Ian for making my life easier.

Did an excellent job running my errand!
I'm giving 3 stars because she did the job... delivered the item I asked her to. But I unfortunately would not recommend Gisselle. I booked her for an 8:30am task but then she messaged me saying she couldn't do it until 10:30am. When picking up the item, there was a snag and instead of waiting at the location until I fixed it (10min) Gisselle choose to wait in the parking lot and when I told her the snag was fixed and to go back in and get the item, she told me that she would as soon as she was done finishing a snack. Further, I told Gisselle to drop the item on the patio chair that is to the right of the door and out of the sun. It was left in direct sun, to the left of the door in a planter.
Gisselle always does a great job with tasks. She is prompt and efficient. Thanks, Gisselle!
