After spending much of my childhood watching and learning from my father, who was maintenance for an apartment complex for many years, I continued to learn and put to use many of those skills in my own home and for my family. Let me be here for you.
I have several years of experience being an handyman. As matter of fact, I build my own house in 2004. I am organized, clean and very detailed oriented individual. It would be happy to apply the same experience and knowledge to my clients.
I have spent time as a building maintenance tech and have several years of experience doing odd handyman jobs. You will be very happy with my work as well as my level of professionalism!
I have been a doer all my life. I come from a long line of carpenters and plumbers and I am Navy veteran and small business owner.
I can probably do it- just tell me what you need.
Some things are basic and some seem basic but are not. There is an art to everything. I take every job small or large very seriously. Just because a curtain rod comes with drywall anchors, it doesn't mean that there the correct ones for you're application. I will make sure that what ever task you have will be completed correctly the first time. I have been serving greater Nashville in the home repair/handyman industry since 2002.
Although I can do anything involved with remodeling a house, I am only taking on SMALL projects. No Painting jobs at this time.
Prior to moving to Nashville, I completed many home projects, including switching out light fixtures, small plumbing projects, patching Sheetrock, painting, tile repair, caulking, TV mounts, garage storage, deck work and hanging pictures.
I have a degree in Construction Management, do woodworking as a hobby and run a jobsite in the local area. I have my own tools.

He rehung my shelf, and in the interim, rehung a fallen window blind, and fixed a kitchen drawer that almost amputated at least one of everyone in my house's fingers! LOL! SMH! Cris was early, well-prepared, and efficient. He installed a deadbolt on double closet doors where there wasn’t a hole in the door before due to it being built poorly.

After my experience with Christina, in completing a small repairs task list for a rental property I manage, I highly recommend her for hire for these reasons: -She was very attentive to my communication, as to what I needed done, and made sure to understand my requests. -She was flexible on following my system of assessing and purchasing repairs/materials, sensitive in knowing I was facilitating my requests from out of state -Once on the job, she utilized her time to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner -She kept me apprised of the completion of every task, asking necessary questions, and even exhibiting some extra elbow grease to one task, doing whatever possible to complete it satisfactorily -She completed all tasks in the range of time stated -She was exemplary in her customer service skills -She was all in all, a delightful person to deal with - both with me and the tenants where she was completing her tasks.
