I loved working with Vania so much on three previous organization projects, that I asked her to help with executing event planning and support for my wedding last fall. For our first meeting, she was fabulous at helping me sort my thoughts. Because she undercharges for the high quality of work that she does, I offered to pay her more than her Task Rabbit prices to bring her even with some of the pricing I was getting from wedding coordinators. I asked her to set a price - which I expected to be around $1000 - $1500 for her help during the week and day of my wedding. She helped me once after this first meeting and then disappeared without communicating to me that she no longer was able or willing to honor our agreement. This put me in a very stressful position the week of my wedding and to be honest, I have been so hurt that it has taken me over a year to be able to write this review. To be clear, I absolutely enjoyed Vania as a task rabbit for organization and still highly recommend her for that; however, for event coordinating, I suggest going another route.
Naya was AWESOME! She was communicative, thorough and a total self-starter. She quickly jumped in and never missed a beat. I highly recommend Naya and look forward to working with her again soon.
Although this task took longer than expected due to unanticipated medical issues, the work provided us with valuable information to make our event a success. Thanks Danny!
