You may have to camp offsite if you didn’t book a Coachella campsite along with your tickets. But be realistic: are you more of a glamper than a camper? A local Airbnb, complete with air conditioning and running water, might be a better bet for you\u2014especially if comfort is your priority.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You might think it’s better to drink less to avoid the line for the bathroom\u2014but it’s a lot better than passing out and missing the whole thing! You can bring empty plastic (but not metal or glass) water bottles and hydration packs like Camelbacks to fill up and avoid dehydration. There are water stations throughout the festival that are free to use; make sure you do! You can also add electrolyte tablets or powder to your water to make hydrating easier.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Eat before you go.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You can’t take outside food or beverages with you on the festival site, so eat a big, protein-packed breakfast before heading to the festival to avoid getting hungry or overspending on festival food.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
