I have a couple boxes and piles of paper - mail, receipts, financial statements, and junk - and need to extract and then carefully organize the information for 2 years of taxes. This isn't super-simple, so someone with a knowledge of tax would be ideal. This is my both my personal and my business accounts. No computer work, but must understand how to spot the right papers within a stack of account statements. Work will be done at my office so you can leave the paperwork in neat piles, labeled. You will also be shredding unwanted documents and making copies of things like checks.

Maybe need you to put the items into an excel spreadsheet as well.

I estimate this will take 4 hours, but I'm willing to pay more if it runs over if you are doing a good job.
I would like someone to come to my office in Century City THIS MONDAY March 12th sometime between 9:30 am - 10:30 am. Parking is 3 hours free at the Mall; you can exit and take a break and move your car then for an additional 3 hours.
