Help with editing writing

Details
I'm looking for someone to help me edit 1 academic paper prior to journal submission. The paper needs to be edited down to about 32 pages double spaced. Currently it's closer to 50 pages. I'm not sure how many hours it would take, but happy to be flexible on price to reflect time spent if the quality is high.
The ideal person would have knowledge or a strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation topics, have some academic writing experience (ideally a PhD, but not necessary if a talented writer/editor). The journals I write for have a specific style or writing so I'm happy to provide some example or template articles. I have drafts of the papers but writing clearly and succinctly is not my strong point so am looking for help in this.
If the first one goes well, would be happy to continue on an on-going basis.
Edit: Sorry I have been slow to respond. I've been really busy and totally overwhelmed by the number of responses, which I was not expecting.

How many pages (double spaced) are your articles? What level of editing is needed, just basic copyediting (spelling, grammar, punctuation) or substantial rewriting?

The articles are currently in the 50-60 page range and need to come down closer to 32 pages. On basic copyediting I think I'm ok, so it would be more substantial rewriting than that. Mostly stuff like taking out redundant sentences, making sure paragraphs have a clear topic sentence and then supporting arguments that fit together logically and don't stray.

Hi! I'm very interested in helping with this task, academic writing is one of my strong suits. However, before I can make an offer, approximately how long an article are we talking about? Is it for a Science-length article (very short), or one of those journals where you can write something that's practically a chapter, or something in between?

Hi Andrea (plus everyone else who responded), the papers need to be about 32 pages double spaced in the end. Currently they're closer to around 50-60 pages. I'm not sure how many hours to estimate that it will take...
