Find fun things for me to do in Bali

Need help planning a 10-day trip to Bali for a honeymoon. We have plane tix already, just need you to help construct the itinerary. Want to find someone who shares a similar travel philosophy as us (we like getting out and exploring, staying active, and interfacing with the locals). I've already done some prelim research and have a few ideas for hotels picked out. This task entails doing research on travel magazines and blogs (NYtimes travel, budget traveler, frommers, trip advisor, lonely planet, etc), picking out fun/great experiences and putting them all together. Depending on how this goes, I may hire you to book everything for me too.

Can you give me an idea of your age range, your budget for activities, types of activities such as hiking, cooking, really great sites, travel by water, and how active of activities would you enjoy doing?
I could possibly find activities for every day if you would like so please give me some guidelines

Sure. I'm 32 and he's 37. Again, we're quite active so we'd love to spend some time on biking, surfing, diving, dayhikes, checking out wildlife if possible, historic/cultural sites, cooking classes and yoga, art, etc. Love to check out a show or two, or visit artists. Part of this job is that I'd want YOU to suggest the amazing can't miss sights and activities based on research you've dug up.
I don't think anything on Bali is too expensive--things that are going to be really expensive I'd be wary of as tourist traps. I'd say let's keep 4 days clear for just vegging out.
